Samar

Samar is a young 24 year old woman living in Cairo with her 13 year old sister Layan. Their mother, Shadia, only had the funds to evacuate her daughters, but not herself. She is now alone in Gaza, and Samar is desperate to see her again. Their father died 12 years ago from a sudden heart attack, and their mother is all they have left. They have very little support from their father’s family. Samar was studying in Ukraine when the war broke out. She has had to flee two war zones in her young life. Please help Samar and Layan reunite with their mother, the only person they have left.
